Major Perspectives and Strategies

1. Creating and stabilizing proper executive mechanisms for the purpose of preemptive and forward-looking identification of the technical and specialized needs of the executive projects of the Construction Headquarter.

2. Creating and strengthening the research and development centers in the specialized groups and institutions of the Construction Headquarter to identify the present and future scientific and technological bottlenecks of the fields of work in the Construction Headquarters.

3. Assisting to create and strengthen technical and specialized consortiums from the advanced industries of Iran to be able to supply the specialized commodities required for the fields of work in the Construction Headquarters.

4. Assisting to create and strengthen knowledge-based companies in the Construction Headquarters to employ the acquired technical knowledge and technologies in the organization.

5. Creating a faculty of Engineering Science in the Headquarter to operate as a platform to extract scientific and technical experiences from the executive projects of the Headquarter in order to generate knowledge and play an effective role in the software movement.
